Whilst that’s true to some degree, I’ve also learned through personal experience that there’s so much more to it than that.

In order to create something new in our life, we must first remove the obstacles.

The limiting beliefs of course, but also the energetic blocks, the archetypal patterns that trigger us to automatically think and behave in certain ways… and also (more often than you might realise), the blocks carried through from other lifetimes.

It’s when we delve into these layers that our greatest learning opportunities start to reveal themselves.

And our gifts are revealed too.

We all have these innate gifts within us. Skills and talents that we have not acquired in this lifetime and that come with directly related wisdom.

I’m talking here, of the wisdom accumulated through the ages.

Through many lifetimes… and once you feel safe enough to begin to explore that, then you’ll also find lived and embodied experiences that your Soul will reveal to you… that on a conscious level you may have had no idea even existed.

In fact, you’ll find the knowledge held at all levels of your Being even that from beyond your Soul level.

Your true essence can be uncovered once you’ve stripped back the layers of conditioning, fear and the distortions that you’ve picked up in this lifetime and in others.

That wisdom is still there just waiting, perhaps begging, to be rediscovered, remembered and reactivated and it’s probably that part deep inside of you that you can feel but can’t quite identify yet.

Our world is filled with distortions but also with distractions and whilst some of it seems like fun at the time, I believe that much of it is designed to take us away from ourselves and to prevent us from finding the truth that is within us… that is written within our DNA and cellular memory.

I can appreciate that you might think that is some crazy conspiracy theory perhaps but no, my experience has shown me otherwise.

If you could just tear yourself away from the outside world and the adrenaline rush of the next social media story to be pushed upon you by the algorithm…

And if you could just go within and start focusing there with genuine intention and commitment…

You would be surprised at the inherent wisdom that you hold within you and I know that you’d be quite amazed at the Magnificent Being that you are at your highest levels.

It sounds so fanciful doesn’t it?

But yet again, my experience has shown me the truth of this. I have seen it within myself and within my clients.

Our challenge then, is to be able to hold our awareness of ourselves at that higher level and bring that consciousness down here on to the planet and embody it, and live it in this physical reality when so many others around us are not at all on the same page.

But perhaps that’s our mission…?

To hold the light here so that it becomes bright enough that others wake up to it too!

As genuine light workers, leaders, teachers, healers, pathcutters, we surely knew it would not be easy here on a planet of such density and yet here we are….

So this is my invitation to you…
