#20 When You Realise You Need a Different Kind of Space

Woman reflecting on finding a different kind of space for personal growth

There comes a point where you realise that it’s not more information you need.

It’s not another book, or another course or certificate or even another perspective.

Deep inside, you already know what you need.

You’ve seen your patterns.
You understand what’s happening.
You can feel what’s true for you.

And yet… there are still moments where you find yourself slipping.

And what’s often happening is that you’re trying to hold a new way of being…with no support, inside an environment that hasn’t changed.

And that’s not an easy thing to do.

I’ve seen this many times.  And I have the lived experience of this myself too.

The truth is, that there is only so far you can go on your own.

Not because you’re not capable.  But actually, we are not necessarily designed to stabilise something new in a space of complete isolation.

At some point, what surrounds you starts to matter.

The conversations you’re part of.
The energy you’re in.
The level of truth that is normalised around you.

Because when you’re constantly surrounded by what you’ve already outgrown…
or by people who don’t support your vision or see your potential…it takes a lot of energy to keep holding yourself in a different energetic space.

And eventually… something has to shift.

Not in a dramatic way, but in a way that supports who you are becoming.

This is something I’ve come to understand deeply.

And it’s why I created a different kind of space.

Not one where you come to be fixed, or where you’re told what to do.

And not one where you have to censor what you say or change who you are in order to belong.

But a space where:

  • awareness is normal
  • truth is spoken
  • and you’re supported in actually living what you already know

It’s a space where you don’t have to explain yourself…

Where you don’t have to feel like the “different one”…

Where the way you see things is simply understood and accepted.

Because you’re not the only one there who is working through the emotions, challenges and successes that life brings.

And when you’re in that kind of environment, something begins to settle.

Not because you’re trying harder to “get it right”… But because you no longer have to be somebody else… or hold it all on your own.

That’s the difference.
