Over the years of working with thousands of women, I’ve noticed that many of them reach a point where something begins to fundamentally change the way they think and feel about things and their life begins to change.
It’s subtle. From the outside their life might look quite successful, stable, even enviable. But internally they’re asking deeper questions… about meaning, their purpose, and most importantly, about whether the life they have been living truly reflects who they are and what they really wanted their life to look like.
This often happens after decades of living life, raising a family, building a career, sometimes struggling to make ends meet and ultimately moving through relationships and challenges. Eventually all of that life experience accumulates into a knowing that there is more to life than the surface story they’ve all be sold.
And there’s not necessarily anything wrong with their life, but a deeper level of something is beginning to reveal itself and once that process begins, it is very difficult to ignore (although some do, to their demise).
When your search for meaning really begins, I encourage you to explore it further.
You will probably begin asking questions that you may never have considered before.
What am I really here for?
What is the meaning of my life?
What has been the purpose of everything I’ve experienced?
And perhaps most importantly…
how can I use all of that experience to make a meaningful contribution to the world?
That’s when the real work begins to happen – that’s exactly what I support women to discover – and I’m here to guide you when you’re ready.
