Do You Consider Yourself Psychic? Or Would You Like To Be?

People often say to me that they’d like to be psychic but they don’t think they are.

Well, I believe that “being psychic” is a fundamental ability that all humans possess as we evolve, but that it’s been largely conditioned out of us as part of living in this 3D matrix.

Everyone can develop their psychic senses if they choose to but it does take a bit of work and it can create a massive change in your life that quite simply not everyone is up for it.

My psychic senses turned on some 35 years ago.

They came gradually at first, and I had to learn what it was that I was seeing, hearing, sensing and where it was coming from.

Psychic development classes were helpful for that for a wee while but very soon I was on my own as I tried to figure out what I was meant to do with all the information I was getting because it had started to come through as massive downloads.

I also had to learn to trust myself and what I was picking up because some of it, I gotta say was pretty wild… It was real off planet, universal, cosmic stuff that didn’t make a lot of sense to me at the time.

I had nobody to help me with that. My psychic development teacher at the time didn’t know what I was talking about — galactic stuff, lightbody technology and ascension mechanics — were all very different to what we were doing in our psychic readings practice class, and in 2001 the internet wasn’t what it is today, so I literally had nowhere to go with this stuff…

I learned that when I sensed something and voiced it, people didn’t like to hear it:

– It was either too much for them — too otherworldly.

– Or they felt invaded if it was more personal closer to home stuff.

So I learned not to say anything and I later learned how to TUNE OUT personal stuff unless called for in a session.

I found that hard initially, because when I “get” information that could help someone, my natural instinct is to want to help them but without an invitation I just can’t do that.

Just to be clear: I don’t go looking for the information — I am very AGAINST reading people without their permission or invitation. That is a BIG no-no from me.

I’m a visionary and a guide and I just know things. I can’t explain why I know what I know. I just do and I’m rarely wrong.

When I began working as a psychic and healer, I made a deal with “Spirit”…. I said that I only want to know things that are true and accurate and that I only want useful information. If I can’t make a positive difference in someone’s life, then I don’t want to know about it.

Meaning… don’t show me that someone is sick and going to die UNLESS I can pass on something that will help them get better. (I have helped a number of people get lifesaving treatment because of this).

… don’t show me someone losing their job or getting divorced unless I can help them to get a better outcome. (I’ve helped people navigate challenging times such as these in an empowering way and go on to live their best life afterwards).

I want truth and authenticity.

These are two of my personal values.

The “difficult” part of being psychic is that although I can “turn it down” so that I don’t pick up everyone’s stuff all the time, when it comes to knowing truth, it’s not something that I can switch off. The “on” switch seems to be jammed in the “ON” position.

That means that when someone is lying to me, trying to hide something or trying to manipulate me, my internal sirens are blazing and I get blasted with a wave of energy that screams at me “untrue, untrue, untrue”.

It’s completely undeniable.

The sad part is that the person doing the lying either thinks they’ve got away with it, OR they’re cringing inside hoping that I won’t see right through them…. but I can feel that too.

Sometimes I’ve challenged them but that doesn’t always go down too well (as you can imagine).

Most times I just have to “let go and let God” as they say… but I move away and they probably know why.

I love being psychic/empathic, it’s my natural state. It’s not always a bed of roses, but I would have it no other way.

I’d love for you to send me a message and share if you consider yourself psychic. What has your experience been? What has been the hardest part for you?
